i have a year old karelian bear dog and am very proud and happy with being her pet. i was wondering if there was a proper way to groom these dogs. i have taken hadassa to several groomers in our area and they tell me they know of no way to properly groom this kind of dog. she is a housedog, except for excercising and out spells to relive herself. she is even tempered and quite amusing. but, she sheds, alot.in fact, i feell,that i sleep with two fur coats seeing that our border collie shares my king size bed as well. i think this beed is one of the most beautiful dogs i have ever seen. any suggestions on how to groom her without taking away the essence of her beauty.
I am not sure aboot grooming but if shedding is the problem try the furminator. You can get it on Amazon and it really helps. I use it on both of my KBD's.
