Miniature Pinscher Question and Answer

Dog Training!

If you're having problems training your dog or getting control, you should read our review of DogProblems.com. Adam will do whatever it takes to help you whip your dog into shape. I've used them to help with my Great Dane as well as help friends train their dogs. It's the first place I go to help answer users Questions. Many training issues are too extensive to answer in this forum, which is why I refer a lot of the load to his site.

My husband takes our 4.5 year old minpin for a 10 km jog every sunday morning. The dog is extremely happy doing it (sometimes he runs way ahead and comes leaping back), although when he reaches home, he sleeps through the day. We want to know if the long run is alright for the dog. Hope we are not over exercising him?
I think it's too long, especially if all he ever does is sleep.
Post Response
I read somewhere online that the Miniature Pinscher was bred from the Italian greyhound and dachshund. Is this true? My rescue dog's DNA has these two breeds as well as Min-Pin, plus Cocker Spaniel. His picture is on the Cockapin page.
Post Response
Our Min-Pin will be 2 years old in December. She recently has started chewing on the bottom of our wood tables. She has plenty of chew toys to choose from. Do you know why this is happening now?
