(Boxer and Poodle mix) The Boxerdoodle can vary in size depending on the Poodle parent breed. The coat may be wavy or curly and usually can be found in brown. But other colors are available. The nose is square like that of the boxer.

The Boxerdoodle is playful, but will do best with older children. They have a sensitive nature,so gentle training with rewards for good behavior is suggested. They may be stubborn at times, so be consistent.

The parent breeds history can readily be found for the Boxer and Poodle. The Boxerdoodle was developed in the U.S. in 2009.

Maintenance


Regular brushing often is necessary or the coat can become very tangled. An occasional trip to the groomer will benefit this hybrid. They also can develop that doggy odor, so bathe as needed.

Ideal Environment


Boxerdoodles can live in any sized house or apartment as long as they get plenty of exercise each day. They require a yard to run or at least several leash walks per day.
