About the Cheeks
The Cheeks is a hybrid dog that is made up of a combination of two different purebreeds. It's a cross between the Chihuahua and the Pekingese. We've found the best method for understanding the characteristics of the Cheeks is to read both of its ancestors descriptions taking note of their temperaments, size and general look.

General Description
Cheeks may have very short hair, while some have a long, flowing coat. Coat colors will vary. Their most predictable feature will be the face of a Pekinese. Most tend to have bulging eyes and some may have an under bite.

Ideal Environment
The Pekingese is well-suited to life in a small household or apartment. They are a comparatively inactive breed indoors, and they are content to live without a yard. The breed doesn't require much exercise, but they will stay in better health if they are given regular opportunities to run around and play.
