About the Havachin
The Havachin is a hybrid dog that is made up of a combination of two different purebreeds. It's a cross between the Havanese and the Japanese Spaniel. We've found the best method for understanding the characteristics of the Havachin is to read both of its ancestors descriptions taking note of their temperaments, size and general look.

Maintenance
Havachin's require regular grooming. Their hair is soft and there is very little shedding. Some of their hair is straight and some is curly. You may have them trimmed but this is a personal preference.
Ideal Environment
Havachin's love to run and play. They prefer a home with a yard or several leash walks a day.
