About the Peagle
The Peagle is a hybrid dog that is made up of a combination of two different purebreeds. It's a cross between the Beagle and the Pekingese. We've found the best method for understanding the characteristics of the Peagle is to read both of its ancestors descriptions taking note of their temperaments, size and general look.

The Peagle grows to be about 14-15 pounds, give or take depending on the parents.
General Health
The Peagle is known to suffer from cherry eye, epilepsy, skin infections, luxating patellas and back ailments. Because they are bred from Pekingese, they are suffer from respiratory issues.
Maintenance
This breed only needs occasional baths, ear cleaning, tooth brushing and nail trimming. They are known to have heavy discharge from their eyes on a daily basis. This is healthy, but needs to be wiped away to prevent staining. This breed is considered a heavy shedder.
