The Peagle is a crossbreed of the Beagle and the Pekingese. This is a small, smart, sweet, friendly, adorable, and affectionate dog. They get along well with almost everyone and other pets as well. They can live in apartments as well as a house as long as it is fenced. Another great fact about this dog is that they are extremely loyal to the family and like to be around the family members throughout the day. Their life expectancy is between 12-16 years.

The Peagle is a confident, friendly, sweet, affectionate, and playful dog. They are very protective when it comes to family members and do well with children of all ages. If socialized from an early age this breed is good with animals as well as other dogs. Training them has not been an issue, but it is advised to use the reward behavior theory while training them. All they want to do is please the family, and they do this with ease by entertaining them with tricks and doing funny things with its toys to make everyone around laugh aloud.

This breed only needs occasional baths, ear cleaning, tooth brushing and nail trimming. They are known to have heavy discharge from their eyes on a daily basis. This is healthy, but needs to be wiped away to prevent staining. This breed is considered a heavy shedder.
