No...only solid with white patches on feet, tail tip, chest and chin...or landseer not all white...

Is it possible that you are seeing a Great Pyrenees? They look a lot like Newfies but they are solid white or white with a gray mask. They are also Gentle Giants.
It is rare to see a Newfoundland completely white ,even a Landseer. I owned a Landseer( I named Geronimo) for almost 12 years, distinctive black and white saddle markings.A remarkable and beautiful dog. A breed I would highly recommend if you are prepared to exercise regularly.
