(Boxer and Weimarner mix) The Boweimar is a large hybrid that tends to have the build of the parent Weimarner. Their coat typically doesn\'t shed. They may come in colors of black with white spots or brown. They do tend to bark quite a bit.

add infoHistory of the Boweimar will need to be researched from the parent breeds. The Boxer was bred in Germany. It is a descendant of the bulldog family. Early on this breed was used in bull baiting. During WWI they were guard dogs used to transport messages. The Weimaraner also hales from Germany where it was used as a hunting dog.
add infoBoth breeds are very hyper and full of energy and eager to please. Plenty of walks would be ideal and a fenced in back yard should be a requirement. Because of their high energy, it is recommended to train them to do agility courses, frisbee or any other activity that requires large amounts of running.
