Chorkie Q&A

We just bought two Am Staf puppies- sisters- 11 weeks. They want to play fight a lot and it scares me that it won't be controllable soon as they grow. No other type of aggression is being shown- people. other pets, food etc. I really don't want them fighting at all. Please tell me if that is ok that they fight with eachother or if we should stop all kinds of aggression even if it's between sibling puppies.

Young dog's play. It's what they do. You should take the time to learn the difference between real aggression and just play.

they are puppies, and puppies love to play, there is a big difference between playing and fighting. the aggression will show if they are really not happy with each other.but not at this age. maybe look into take them to puppy classes . this will help, then follow on with classes, get them mixing with as many other dogs as you can, as this will help with there social skills also, if you feel that they are getting too rough with each other then get them to take a break, tell them to be nice and pull them apart if you feel they are getting to rough, but they are still very young to show signs of aggression. im sure they will be fine .
