This breed is very family oriented. They are protective over children as well as other pets. They love attention and strive to please their owners. They are very intelligent.
If you desire a long coat, Lha-Cockers require daily brushing. Due to the fineness of Lhasa hair and the curly texture of Spaniel hair, Lha-Cocker hair is highly prone to matts.

Very loving, intelligent and very well behaved! He was supposed to be momma's puppy, but he is a daddy's dog, through and through! We love him very much! This pic was when he was about a year old, but he hasn't changed much. :)
