
The Puggit is slightly larger than a Pug with a long body. The snout is black and long but not as pointy as the Italian Greyhound. The tail curls up over the hind quarters but is not curled as tight as that of the Pug. When timid, the tail often straightens.

If socialized from birth, the Puggit is good with cats and other animals. The Puggit is sometimes timid around strangers but should quickly warm up to new comers. This breed may be excitable and full of energy.
add infoThe Puggit requires monthly bathing most of the year and possibly bi-weekly during summer months. Its short, fine hair sheds, but is not clumpy.
