I recently adopted a wonderful 41/2 yr old male Chihuahua. While on our daily walks he seems obsessed in licking where other dogs have urinated.Is this normal?

i`m not sure...we just adopted a two year old chihuahua that does the same thing! it`s weird!

I have 4 the oldest is 11 and the youngest is 2... Both are my only makes and have had them since birth. They both have dine this when they are in heat....the oldest has been fixed for several years and has not been "attracted" to the urine, but my 2 year old does lick the urine spot.
