When you say dryheaves are you referring to the snorting sound they make while it looks like they are choking? It's very odd looking and sometimes alarming but is perfectly natural and harmless to a chihuahua. Experts refer to it as a reverse sneeze. It's not clear on why they do it, only that they do and it is normal. No worries. |
