When i got my chihuahua i was told he was 4 months but he acts so old. He lays around all day and he humps my other puppie and cat, i want to know if you could be older? i got him for really cheap and I think she lied to me.

He could be older. Check his teeth if they are all adult teeth then you were lied to !
