Have a beautiful cocker that is 4 months old. Extremely hyper and bites all the time. Have tried everything to make her stop biting but am failing. What should I do?

Contact a dog behaviorist before she hurts someone.

She's a puppy....she's going to be hyper. She's biting to learn her boundaries, which you will need to set firmly. Consult a behaviorist!
