Our AB has food allergies which sometimes show in a skin rash like you're describing. If there's been no change to your bull's diet, it's most likely a rash caused by something he contacted. The other day we were at the park and our girl was lying in the grass; when she got up, she had a rash from the grass! If the rash doesn't go away on it's own after a few minutes (which happened with the grass rash), we treat her with a bath and use Dr. Bronner's All-In-One liquid soap. This stuff not only seems to ease the rash, it makes her coat nice and soft and smells good! We use the almond type as the peppermint can sting on a sore rash. I hope this helps, good luck!
