Take her out or let her go outside shortly after feeding. how long after feeding depends on your dog. Some of them wont be ready for an hour to go, but mine goes almost immediately after eating. Plan potty trips around feeding times, its only logical. If you use puppy pads, then everytime it goes in the bed, tell it No firmly and place it on the pad. It may take several times but it will get it eventually and go on the pad. if you use a pad, have it placed in the same spot every day and always available. |
