My 6 month old chihuahua has just started to pee in his water bowl as soon as he takes a drink and is so quick it is all most impossible to stop him. I have a bichon frise and they drink from the same bowl. I dont understand why he just started to do this out of the blue. Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know why, was he being potty trained? Maybe you can try a pee pad, it has this ability to make dogs go to pee there, but it doesn't work for all dogs. Or you can make another bowl of water where they won't drink, he can probably pee there. Hope i've helped.

if both of your dogs are male it is a dominance issue, some dogs defecate on their food to establish ownership. try to feed and water them as far apart as possible and give them separate food and water bowls
