My Shih Tzu gets groomed every two months. After a month or so I notice he has what looks like cataracts, but when I look closer I find that a hair(s) has matted over his pupil. It also explains why he sometimes misses when jumping on to the couch. My question is there eye care solution short of shaving his eye hair back?
