my puppy is about 4 months old and is losing its hair in like little spots over her right sholder. just happend. and she has a small cought and have gone to the vet and said shes fine. but she does spit up yellow stuff some times. is it anything or should i take to the vet again.

It sounds very much like your puppy has an allergy - possibly a food allergy. Take her back to the vet as soon as possible.
