(Moskovskaya Storodzevay Sobaka) The Moscow Watchdog resembles a St. Bernard, from which it is descended. It is a massive breed - massive head, powerful body and legs, with a thick coat. The coat is always red and white, with a black mask across the face. The plumed tail is long enough to reach the floor. Unlike most large breeds, the Moscow Watchdog doesn't drool.
No health problems are known, as this breed is not yet well-known outside Russia, however as with most large dogs they can perhaps be afflicted with hip displasia.
After World War II, breeders in Moscow wanted to create a watchdog that would be receptive to obeying orders. They took the Caucasian Ovtcharka - possessing wariness and ferocity, and the Saint Bernard - a larger breed with a gentle temperament, and now, over fifty years the Moscow Watchdog possesses the desired mental and physical attributes.
The Moscow Watchdog is not suitable for apartment life, or life in a house with a small yard. They need to be exercised on a regular basis, and lots of room to move.

I have 2 Moscow Watchdogs and many friends with Moscow Watchdog too. I have never had such problem and I don't hear about it. I think, this is an individual problem, may need to contact the dog coach. I would ask someone of my smaller friends to resist the dog in a neutral area (not where the dog guards)
