My family is looking into a 4 year old female English Mastiff, her current family is leaving the country. The only downfall is that she has NOT been house trained. Will is be hard to train her since she's 4 years old?

Mastiffs are very willing to please their people. She will no doubt have seperation anxiety from being seperated from her current family, but w/ alot of love and praise I would bet that she will housebreak. Not saying it will be easy, but it can be done. If you do bring her into your family just be patient. Don't make her ashamed of messing in the house(mastiffs are extremely sensitive) just show her what you do want her to do.
