with owning 2 chihuahua already both have been fixed before I owned them. ~ I recently adopted a 3rd ~ a girl which now is in heat. How long will she be in heat at time and how often does this happen? and last anything special I should do? ~ besides keeping her from males that are not nuetered. ???

your girl will be in season for about 2 to 3 weeks,this can happen twice a year.there is nothing special you should do exept keep her in until well after her season.
