Yes, anyway's dogs like Labs can fit though small holes in the wall. I think the silky terrier can manage. Dogs, (especially silkies), are infamous for being escape artists. They will find every little gap and use it as a route to freedom. Some dogs will even dig their way out of your yard. It's safer to just use a tie-out, preferably rope, since small dogs can't pull the long chains. Tie outs keep you at ease and your dog from making that tight squeeze! |
