I have and 8 month old female red doberman, she is terrified of the leash and her harness/collar, and every time gets scared or excited she pee's i dont know if she just cant handle her bladder or is this something that dobermans do, and what can i do to get her to stop pee'ing every time my husband walks up to her.

well when they are frightened they will pee so it is normal if she is a puppy rhen she will probably will stop

Try to introduce it slowly. Show it to her and point to it. Associate a word to it. When she touches her nose to it, give her a small treat. Then when you finally get it on her, let her walk around the house with it. She'll learn its a good thing, not scary.
