A lot of silkies are picky eaters, but this sounds like a problem. I'd suggest taking her to the veterinarian and having her examined, not eating can lead to a number of disorders down the road for her. If she is generally healthy then just mix in some wet food with the dry food, or mask the flavor in cheese or turkey. You should try eto find out what your dog likes the best. I suggest to leave out a few bowls with different things, such as plain yogurt in one, peanut butter in the other, and even some milk. She will go to the bowl she likes best. Then try mixing in the food with it. A lot of silkies are picky eaters, but this sounds like a problem. Always make sure that the whatever meat is in the food that it is the first ingredient. We also had to give her some treats during the day. Now she eats fine and without needing treats. Hope this helps |
