I weighed my 4 month old female mastiff yesterday (18 weeks) and she is 70 pounds already. From different things that I read she is keeping up with male mastiffs weights. Does this indicate that she will be a very large female or is this a normal weight. one week ago she was 59 pounds. She isn't overeating and she is not chubby.

That does sound like a huge jump in weight, but it's no indication she will mature as large as a male. Some lines grow quickly then stop at 1.5 yrs and some grow more slowly over a longer period of time. Try to curb these growth spurts by not feeding a food that has more than 24% protein and 14 to 15% fat.
