I have a 1.5 year old male and was wondering how much he should be getting food wise to keep him healthy and how often should he be feed to prevent this blot.

My Mastiff is 14 months old and He is eating 10 cups of food a day.He gets 5 in the morning and 5 in the early evening . I personally think he look like he is starving to death but my vet assures me that his 160lb frame is good for him . Saves wear and tear on his bones .I hope I helped .

he should be fed am & pm- about 2 cups at each serving with some veggies- mine love green beans! high quality food- i feed mine back to basics dog food designed by a top mastiff breeder- always float his food & keep it raised - I use raised planters :)
